Brand-new bus station (2020) near train station with striking green roof park. ALSA operates 8 daily buses to Madrid (some via airport) and 4 to Barcelona. Also services to Bilbao, San Sebastián, Pamplona, Valencia. Journey times: Madrid 3.5-4h, Bilbao 2h. Modern facilities with elevators and rooftop park access.

Modern centrally located station (Avda. Colón 83) with Renfe long-distance trains. Direct connections: Madrid (3h15), Barcelona (4-6h), Zaragoza (1h50), Bilbao (2h25), Valladolid (3h). Usually 1-2 trains daily per destination. Station is fully accessible with elevators, 15-minute walk or short taxi to Old Town.

Small regional airport (RJL) 14km east of city with limited service – currently 1 daily Iberia flight to Madrid. No public transport from airport, requiring taxi (€20-25) or pre-booked transfer. Most visitors fly via Bilbao (1.5h drive) or Madrid (3.5h) then take train/bus/car to Logroño.
