The unique rock formations at As Catedrais Beach represent one of Spain's most spectacular geological wonders. Centuries of erosion have carved the cliffs into arches, caves and chambers that resemble the architectural elements of a Gothic cathedral. The site can only be explored during low tide, when visitors can walk beneath the stone arches and through sea caves adorned with marine fossils.
